No, not all documents can be notarized. As an Arizona Notary Public, I am authorized to perform the following types of notarial acts:

Acknowledgement or Jurat Oath or Affirmation: $10 per notarial act (stamp).
*In addition to each stamp charge, an extra-mileage fee of sixty-two and one-half cents (62.5¢) per mile is added to the total.
No, but I can emboss in addition to the stamp! (According to the Arizona Notary Public Reference Manual Chap 2, A notary public may use an embosser, sometimes referred to as a crimper, but may only do so in conjunction with the use of a rubber stamp notary seal.)
If your document requires a witness signature, yes, a witness must be present at the time of notarization. The witness must bring a valid, current form of identification (such as a driver’s license or passport).
